Hi Susan here.. Are you feeling overwhelmed with your life--not sure what is next for you, relationship questions, health concerns? Compassionate listening and curiosity are a bedrock of my apporach. I help you get clearer about the issues that are bothering you so that you can make decisions about your life that you feel good about. We'll look at family patterns, any kind of abuse or abandonment in your past as a way to understand how your life developed. And then we will begin to explore other ways of being that will bring you more peace and happiness in your life. For some, specific goal setting is useful while for others people come to a new way of being after seeing their own patterns. Each client is unique and I will focus on your concerns and desires.
