Reaching out for therapy can be a scary and confusing process and yet we all need support and help at times. Whether it's navigating recent changes in your life or facing life changing or traumatic events, I would love to help you navigate through this process.
I have been trained in several evidenced-based treatment modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also trained in Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and play therapy.
I approach all therapeutic interventions with a strengths-based perspective that focuses on building confidence and self-determination. I am currently accepting new adult and adolescent clients.
