I am licensed in New York with 25 years plus of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, fertility, health care issues, substance use issues & depression. I have focused too on work for caregivers and those of the generation who are caring for their own family as well as other extended family. Most recently I have worked with clients impacted by the pandemic and other external external factors impacting their lives. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My personal motto is that "everybody has a story". Sometimes it seems like others are issue free and their lives seem easy and not fraught with any problems. I do not believe this to be true. Your story is important and working on problems, issues, concerns or worries that impact you is a great and important thing to do.
