My name is Susan, a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years’ experience working with individuals, couples, and families using a person-centered, strengths-based approach.
I also have extensive experience working with veterans, the unique challenges facing men and women of our armed forces, and their loved ones.
My areas of practice include stress and anxiety management, relationship and family issues, enhancing sense of self/self-esteem, coping with grief and loss, and dealing with life transitions.
In a complex and busy world difficulties may arise maintaining balance while navigating life’s challenges. How do we move forward safely and peacefully? How do we find happiness and fulfillment? How do we achieve a sense of belonging?
