Through the medium of teletherapy, I use multiple evidence-based methods to help those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and school issues. I am a firm believer in using a collaborative approach to help clients identify internal strengths to make positive life changes. My clinical and communication styles are very open and down-to-earth. I believe in using internal and natural gifts as resources for living our best life.
