You probably looked for therapy because something seems wrong. I help you find what is right. I help you bring out your strengths and use your resources to achieve your goals, whether overcoming current obstacles or processing past issues. I work with a wide range of client concerns and contexts. I have additional training in working with partners of persons with addictions, in relationship issues, and in integrative mental health (a whole person approach).

I approach each client as a unique and valuable individual. I combine several models and theories tailored to your particular needs. You are the expert on you and your needs; I am your guide along the healing journey.
