I have a diverse background working in many environments and with many populations. Plus, I utilize my experiences, personally and professionally, with the disease of addiction to counsel my patients and provide a unique perspective to aid with healing.

I specialize in working with people who:
Are willing and desire to have change. People who are open to exploring their role within their relationships. I can show you how to walk through grief, pain, depression with grace, integrity, humility and be a better person for embracing change.

I became a therapist because:
I have always been fascinated by others and their thinking and behaviors. The ability to impact change within personal lives is a privilege.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Teletherapy allows you to be in the comfort of your own home and offers flexibility in scheduling.

When I’m not at work, I like to:
Exercise (training for a full marathon), cooking, time with family, taking "Day Trips" and watching my chickens out in their pasture.
