I am a Trauma Specialist with many years experience working with clients to heal PTSD. I am successful with Veterans with Military trauma, survivors of childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse & neglect, First Responders, and survivors of Natural Disasters. I work well with clients with Social Anxiety, Depression , Anxiety, and Bipolar. I help clients heal negatvie self-belief systems and increase their self-acceptance, confidence, and self-love. I am an expert in EMDR Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Psych-K, & Meditation. I work well multi-culturally. I am spiritual & use Energy Psychology skills.
