I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over 15 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, panic and phobias, grief, trauma, relationship issues including codependency and boundaries, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have worked as an Elementary School Counselor, a Domestic Violence Counselor, a Crisis Clinician, and a Community Mental Health Therapist.
