Welcome to Find A Therapist! Are you feeling stressed-out, depressed or anxious? Do you feel that you have reached the end of the road and don't know which way to turn? I am here to help. If you are an adult 18 or older, I would love to talk to you. We may be able to do some good work together in helping you feel better. My name is Susan Patsicostas and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with over 21 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with adults around issues of depression/anxiety, mood disorders, anger management, parenting, ADHD, OCD, relationships/family issues, adjustment/transitions, and emotional and physical abuse, as well as other trauma related issues. I find that using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other similar techniques along with humanistic therapies is very effective in providing quick improvement to many mental health conditions. During our sessions you can expect to be treated with respect, compassion and understanding, My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and collaborative space to explore and find solutions to current as well as past challenges.
