I understand how you want to be heard, listened to. I authentically care about my clients. We can co-create a plan to help you move in a more comfortable position in your world. I have a lot of experiences along with my education and feel that we all have a common ground. My strengths are a coaching approach to resolution and solution. I believe that we all have an authentic self, the self we started out being until life threw us a curve ball. I can help you find that person or develop them. I am a mom of 4 adults, and a Nonna to 5 children. I also have two cats that are babies and so many grand pups and cats. I am into fitness and wellness, and work in those fields as well.
