Hi! I'm Susie and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with a wide variety of individuals from all walks of life. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to create a welcoming, positive, and open working partnerships. I work with individuals with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, abuse/other trauma history, grief, loss, PTSD, various disabilities and other mental health concerns.

My approach emphasizes utilizing one’s individual strengths to build upon the abilities the individual has to cope with the struggles they are experiencing. I'm non-judgmental and open minded person and emphasize empathy, encouragement, strength-based approach when working with my clients. I use utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused to help my clients reach their goals.
