Have some of your life’s issues caused your life to be difficult or unmanageable? My desire is to assist you in navigating from where you are to where you want to be. I am a seasoned counselor and love being a “Change Agent” in other’s lives. Over the years, I have developed a multi-modality approach, which simply means that there are many therapies and techniques I can utilize. However, the relationship and trust between the client and the therapist is paramount. The more common reasons why people seek a counselor such as anxiety, depression, marital stress, parenting, financial and other mental health issues are certainly in my skill sets. However, more complex mental/emotional issues are also in my scope of practice. In addition to working as a therapist, I have spent years working in psychiatry which has given me a more global perspective to assist my clients. My techniques range from cognitive therapy to advanced, deep therapeutic techniques. I have specialties in working with trauma, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and a host of emotional/mental issues that also a have biological component. I also use scientifically brain-based declarations, breathing, mediation, and thought stopping/redirection to therapeutic approaches that will provide excellent outcomes.
