As a licensed counselor my emphasis is on helping you resolve painful experiences whether those be anxiety, sadness, anger difficulties, adjusting to life changes or relationship conflicts. When facing challenges and pain we all need compassion, acceptance, and understanding, as well as guidance and at times direction and encouragement from an outside perspective. I consider myself a supportive guide towards helping you accomplish your goals. I believe everyone is capable of healing and increased life satisfaction and I’m here to help you achieve that. (At this time I cannot accommodate international clients.)
