About

I have been a therapist for 8 years and have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families. My experience includes helping to work through struggles such as anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, self esteem, relationship challenges, and finding one's own value and purpose.

I provide a client centered approach to therapy and believe that no one knows an individual and their experience as well as they do and they are thus the expert in their life. I appreciate that I get walk alongside someone as they further explore their experience and find insight and healing. I also utilize techniques from modalities including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR depending on an individual’s specific experience and needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space, without fear of judgement, to work together toward one’s own goals.
