I have been practicing for over 20 years. I emphasize honest appraisal and guided self-reflection a a means of confronting issues head on.. I have a general practice focusing on couples, families and blended families. i am a native New Yorker, we like solution oriented goals... I am direct and try to provide multiple alternatives to present thoughts. You may agree or disagree with some statements. It helps to assist with insights where changes are needed. Changes within oneself, changes the way they respond to a significant other, or a family member who lives with them. co-parenting in times of separation, focuses on how to leave the "old" relationship behind when focusing on supporting the child(ren).
I am cisd/trauma trained and have had many eye opening experiences. I worked at the hospital in Landstahl Germany with soldiers who were injured and their families , in addition I had the privilege of working at ground zero with the employees of a financial company on the year of the anniversary of 911. I am a native New Yorker , focusing on goal oriented solution focused cognitive behavioral therapy (I am a diplomat in CBT) I am presently working with many frontline workers who have been affected by the pandemic.
