I offer my clients a safe, warm environment and work to collaborate with individuals and families in therapy. I believe that change is possible and through therapy, people can be successful in shaping their lives for the better. I have 20+ years experience in the field of mental health. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, stress, depression, and as well as relationship difficulties and self-esteem difficulties. What is your approach to therapy? I feel that my approach is welcoming and understanding. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I think it is important for the people I work with to take away from sessions a better understanding of themselves and ways to make their life more satisfying.
