I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience providing therapy services. I am a person-centered and trauma focused therapist and believe that each of us hold the key to our recovery. I utilize a variety of modalities, including client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy. I am also trained in working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual abuse. I utilize a relaxed style and believe that the client guides the therapy process.
