I am a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, and parenting issues. I have also helped clients who have experienced abuse.

I believe in listening empathetically, treating everyone with respect, and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings and to empower them to work toward personal growth. My approach includes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including client-centered, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness.
