I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida. I have been in practice for over 10 years. I specialize in various issues ranging from anxiety, depression, grief, separation, divorce, self esteem, trauma, parenting, relationship, and anger management. I approach each client with understanding, empathy and compassion. In our sessions, we work together to address what is important for you and create a counseling goal tailored to your particular concerns. The counseling approach I use is cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy and short term solution focused therapy. I am here to support your well being.
