I have worked in private practice, community mental health, and outpatient partial hospitalization, providing both in-person and remote-based services. I have experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, perinatal/ postpartum mood disorders, workplace/ career stress, relationship difficulties, and much more. Drawing from many treatment modalities, I work with clients to formulate a treatment plan that is as unique as they are.
