First of all, I am glad you are here. As a person who has benefited from therapy myself, I understand that the first steps can sometimes be the most intimidating. I want you to know that I have been working with adolescents, young adults and families for over twenty years and I love it. Teens, emerging adults and their families are my people!

I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy and I have a lot of experience treating clients who suffer from depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. During the therapy process I assist clients in the discovery of their strengths, Help them to build a support system, and develop a healthy lifestyle to set the foundation for life success. I also incorporates client’s spiritual beliefs into the treatment protocol in order to holistically address their needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma Christian University and have a Master of Education in Behavioral Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma City University. I work in private practice and in the university setting.
