I would love to help you or your family! For individuals & veterans I use CPT or CBT. With couples I use Gottman or Emotionally Focused Therapy approach, helping to find relief and begin to thrive again. The stress of daily life and difficult circumstances, the best of marriages need time and attention. I help couples resolve issues & renew commitment, and I’ve also worked with individuals whom have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, grief and loss, helping to process the pain, in their own time frame and begin healing. Helping people move from Victim to Victor, not only surviving but being able to thrive and experience joy again.
