I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience, working as a psychotherapist and Executive Coach,. based in Colorado. I offer a wide spectrum of services for anxiety, stress management, depression, career difficulties, relationship issues, parenting problems, ADHD, self-esteem and life purpose.

I am affirming, warm and highly interactive with my clients, holding each person with the utmost respect and care. My counseling approach combines a Jungian orientation with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Psychodynamics and Somatic Experiencing (Trauma Therapy).
