I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in couples and family struggles, trauma related stressors, substance us disorders and have worked extensively with Veterans and their families. I am trained in cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, motivational interviewing, motivational enhancement therapy for substance use disorders and the Gottman model.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to tailor the treatment plan to the needs of the client. I am warm, task-oriented and believe in meeting the client at their stage of change. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful factors in therapy therefore I work on creating a safe and supportive environment to help clients work through their struggles. I am open to feedback from clients.
