I support clients in building effective communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships, practicing appropriate social skills, utilizing healthy coping strategies, and to establish and maintain healthy boundaries. I use an eclectic, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy that is integrative and collaborative. I strive to be client-centered, by working to tailor sessions to everyone’s needs and goals. I have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other Cognitive Behavioral approaches. We all struggle at some point in our lives.
