I am a Utah based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience in foster care, residential and juvenile justice settings. Social work and therapy became my focus because I love to help others. I enjoy topics surrounding identity and I enjoy trauma focused work. Finding your place at any age can be challenging; empowerment is needed through all stages. I enjoy more traditional therapy approaches as well as trauma focused work. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
