I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas and I have over 27 years of counseling experience, working with all age groups in hospital and in private practice settings. I feel that working with adults and seniors however, is my greatest interest and strength. My approach in working with my clients is holistic in nature. I utilize tools and techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with the goal of empowering and nurturing each individual in Mind, Body, and Spirit. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first step toward change. Life gets hard sometimes and there are many aspects/changes we are not able to control. Working together we can develop a plan of action to move forward toward a better, healthier well-being, fine tuning the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, we can explore, mold, modify, and heal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
