What should clients know about you? As a social worker, I have been fortunate to have many different educational, volunteer, and professional experiences throughout my career. My experiences have included working with at-risk youth, college students, adults, and couples. I attended the University of Cincinnati in Ohio for my undergraduate education and the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in NYC for my master's in social work and a PhD in social welfare. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to working with clients is to help support them in seeing any obstacles that might in the way of achieving their goal/s. I focus a lot on the strengths of my clients. Each person has strengths they may not yet recognize in themselves. For example, if you are reading this, you have the strength to begin the process of getting the support and help that you deserve. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can take away from our sessions that I listened to and heard them. I stayed with them, regardless of the topic and regardless of the intensity and details provided. They will feel safe and supported.
