Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 9 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of struggles including substance use, body image, eating habits, self-esteem, sexuality, depression, anxiety, and relationships.

My counseling style has a foundation in Adlerian Theory where the client and counselor work together in a person-centered framework, with the therapeutic relationship as a primary focus, and an understanding that we live and function within a community. The client and therapist work together to explore one’s struggles, ask questions, gather insight, and work towards change. As the therapist I will offer insight as well for the client to choose a path that best suits their needs to find solutions and move forward to a healthier way of living. I will challenge your thoughts at times, but in a non-confrontational manner and with empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, and a humanistic approach to facilitate self-awareness that empowers you to lead your best life. I will also encourage a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person; mind, body, and spirit.
