I am licensed in Michigan with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, depression, attention/focus, and career challenges. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue and understand the 'cost' of caring and the need to be replenished.

My therapy approach is warm and engaging, and I will treat you with respect, compassion, and hope. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My approach draws on techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Solution Focused Therapy; as well as others, so that together we can tailor a treatment plan specific to you.
