I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in the State of Michigan. As a therapist, my goal is to assist my clients in working through issues that negatively affect them in their daily lives. I use integrative approaches to therapy (i.e., mindfulness, relaxation, etc.). As both a salutogenic psychotherapist and a neurotherapist I understand that the source of complex PTSD is past experiences and their need for reconciliation. Therefore, clients are offered a variety of curative therapies. The success rate of salutogenic trauma-informed therapy is over 90% as compared to the 20-30% efficacy of conventional CBT therapy. The success of therapy is fundamentally based on the therapeutic relationship built between the client and the therapist, therefore I am here to support, empower, and work with you.
