I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor with a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, and I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Conflict Resolution. My background includes working with diverse populations in community mental health settings and working with individuals who experience severe mental illness. I work with adults and adolescents who endure anxiety, depression and are having a tough time navigating through life transitions. My therapeutic interventions involve Love and Logic Parenting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Gottman Therapy, and Power through Positivity. My focus is on helping individuals and families obtain empowerment to regain meaning and stability. I am a Board -Approved Supervisor for the Texas State Board of Examiners for Professional Counselors. I'm currently accepting LPC-Associates who are working towards obtaining Texas LPC licensure
