In my professional practice, I have worked with clients from many walks of life. My passion lies in helping those who are struggling with issues related to sexual orientation and/or gender identity. I am also passionate about working with depression, anxiety, panic disorders, interpersonal/relationship issues, and helping individuals who have been affected by addiction. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CAADC) credential. My approach is humanistic, with an emphasis on identity and learning how to feel comfortable in the world. I have been trained in techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I look forward to hearing your story and learning how I can help.
