HI! my name is Stephenie. I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with large range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, etc. In that time i have helped various clients understand their unique situations by understanding their feelings and adapting in a healthy way to their environment by empowering them to make necessary changes in their lives.

My experience is in working with teenagers and adults navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and motivational, interviewing and solution focused counseling. I will personalize our work and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs at your pace. i am the copilot helping you navigate on your journey to meeting your goals.
