I am a mental health therapist and substance use counselor licensed in Nebraska. I have 18 years of experience working with individuals on a variety of concerns, including depression and mood disorders, anxiety and stress, trauma and PTSD, grief, family and relationship issues, family of origin issues, and substance use issues. My approach is client-centered and incorporates cognitive-behavioral and rational-emotive therapy styles; however, I recognize every one is unique and I adapt my style to your individual needs and goals.
