Hi! My name is Stephen and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing therapy service, including 5 years as a clinical supervisor. I have primarily worked in community mental health where I worked with children, families, parents, and young adults coping with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depressions, and PTSD. My approach is very much client-centered. That means that I see my clients as having strengths that they may not realize; my job is to join them on the journey of discovering those strengths and how to use them to experience healing and growth.
