Because life is a stressful business! We encounter challenges every day. Some of those challenges are inside of us and some of those challenges are outside of us. While we can't do much about the challenges outside of us, we CAN do something about the challenges that lie inside of us.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, has mental health challenges. We seek medical help for our physical health and we seek counseling help for our mental challenges - or do we?
