I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the following areas: Work Stress, Relationship Issues, Race & Cultural Identity, Social-Emotional Health, Cultural adjustment, and Pandemic related anxiety. My philosophy revolves around “Enriching the lives of individuals by promoting an everyday lifestyle of social-emotional wellbeing.” My focus is Strength-Based and Client-Centered.
