Welcome! I look forward to working with you to help you navigate some of life's challenges. As a Social Worker for more than 20 years now, I have a lot of experience working with young adults and college students, in addition to younger children and older adults. Basically all ages! I am skilled in individual and group therapy. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I incorporate DBT, CBT and Mindfulness into my practice with an emphasis on teaching positive coping strategies for managing emotions and everything life throws at us. I'm ready to listen and offer steps to feel better.
