Looking for the counselor that best fits your needs and desires can be an intimidating, overwhelming, and exhausting process. I wholeheartedly believe people are as unique as their fingerprints, so I offer a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities and I use the Systems approach when working with families. Together, we will collaborate to identify your goals and develop a treatment plan.

My clinical experience includes work with individuals in crisis, survivors of trauma, couples and families. Additionally, I counsel those seeking to address issues related to anxiety, depression, grief or loss, substance or alcohol addiction, and life transitions. I provide practical therapy by using a direct, yet non-judgmental, compassionate approach.

Lastly, I understand the challenges people of color and minority groups encounter daily. I provide a space where you can be yourself and feel safe to share your experiences, while tailoring your treatment plan accordingly. I look forward to assisting you in your journey to rise!
