Therapy modalities used include but are not limited to; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Approaches, and Solution-Focused therapy.
