About

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) in the state of Michigan, with over 16 years of experience providing therapy in multi-faceted ways. For the past 5 years I have worked at a hospital as a medical social worker, providing therapy for those suffering from a variety of hardships. Prior to that, I worked primarily as an addictions counselor for those with substance dependence and their families. I have experience treating depression, anxiety/panic, women's issues, relationship issues, career issues, and those with both physical and mental health issues.

My approach is warm and welcoming. I believe in creating a space that is judgment free and accepting. I individualize treatment based on your needs. I have a holistic approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, with a psycho-dynamic perspective.

The pandemic has created a lot of anxiety and unknowns for us all and if you need help navigating life's challenges, I am here to support you and walk through it with you.
