Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reading my profile, I am glad you are here!

I am originally from Illinois and relocated to Colorado a year and a half ago. I received my undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL where I earned a bachelors degree in Sociology. I took a year off of school, where I worked in a residential treatment facility for youth. I then went back to school to continue my education and earned a masters degree in Social Work from George Williams College of Aurora University in Williams Bay, WI. I have 7 years of experience working with those who are struggling with mental health concerns. I have worked in various different care settings ranging from crisis work in an emergency room, intensive in home therapy, inpatient treatment, and residential care.

I believe that a therapeutic relationship is one that is build on trust and therapeutic rapport. My goal would be to come along side the individual I am working with to help process and guide them along their journey without judgement. I firmly believe that the client is the expert on their own life.

Seeking help can sometimes be scary. Finding a provider that you mesh with is the first step. I hope to be able to help you along your journey and would love to chat with you to see if we would be a good therapeutic fit, hope to hear from you soon!
