I have worked in mental health and substance abuse treatment for over a decade. I am trained in EMDR therapy. I am an eclectic therapist who meets the client where they are. I enjoy using DBT and mindfulness as well as CBT, Narrative Therapy, and others that will be helpful to the client. I am a Master’s Level clinician who also supervises other social workers looking to become therapists. I am bilingual in Spanish and I also have a minor in Spanish.
