Life is full of up’s and down’s. It is unpredictable and full of surprises; it can be a life event, trauma, or something telling us to figure out what is happening and to explore what are the most meaningful things in our life. Just like these events, our responses to them are unique to us. My role as a therapist is to help you through your unique journey of change, growth, and healing. We join together as a team to explore and work through barriers that might be holding you back. We'll use a whole-self approach and attune you to the needs of your mind, body and soul. I am fluent in Spanish. I work with all age groups: children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Individual or couples.
