I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with over 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and professional counselor. My previous experiences have provided me an opportunity working with clients with a wide range of concerns and symptoms including anxiety, increased levels of stress and concern, relationship, martial, and family conflict, parent-child conflict, depression, as well as post-partum depression, transition, and care.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I strive to assist individuals in achieving a sense of optimism about their well being and future through a solution focused and cognitive behavioral orientation. Counseling services provided through the Find A Therapist system are aimed at being supportive, collaborative, therapeutic, and goal oriented.
Individual treatment plans are aimed at meeting your goals and desired outcomes while receiving the most support possible.

Services provided by Find A Therapist are aimed at being short term and goal oriented. My goal is to help you get back on track without the promotion of dependence.
