I am a therapist with 7 years experience working with a wide variety of individuals. Most recently I have worked to help individuals with depression, trauma, military/veteran issues and improving their ability to self love.
My approach is a combination of many different modalities so that they can be individualize to create a unique experience for each person I work with. When doing this, I create a safe and relaxing atmosphere by being kind, honest and engaged while allowing the individual to set the tone and pace for treatment.
