I believe that every person has special and unique attributes and capabilities that can be used to help them learn and grow through life experiences. Starting therapy can be scary whether it is the first time you have tried it, or if you have worked with a different therapist in the past. I am glad you are here, and I feel I use a variety of therapy techniques to support children, adolescents, and adults through various life challenges, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. I have helped clients work through life changes and challenges through supportive therapy and developing new coping skills to manage stressors.
