I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families in a variety of settings. My areas of specialty include substance abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, anger, relationships, and self-esteem. I also provide couples counseling. I have worked with Court Ordered teenagers and adults, and have spent a significant amount of time working with teenage girls with anxiety, self-esteem, and self-confidence struggles. I try to incorporate physical health to promote mental well-being into your treatment goals.
